We’re super excited to have been invited to introduce the Grid to postgraduate students and postdocs at Queen Mary University Psychology Department through a weekly webinar series hosted by Dr. Robert Blakey.
The online session featured Dr Magdalena Bak-Maier, Grid technique creator sharing her proven and practical Grid method to support well-being and mental health and healthy agency. The Grid method is an invaluable tool that many students and academics are using to help them be well and do well at work. We’re pleased to help more academic communities discover this transformational tool.
In this workshop, students gained practical insights into time management, burnout prevention, and learned how they can achieve results and look after their well-being using the Grid Technique.
Key student challenges from our live quiz:
How Grid helps to meet people where they are
Dr. Magdalena empowered students to use the Grid to set goals they can track to understand how they are doing and to ensure their goals are balanced and consider the doer as much as their results. She also introduced the day-day Grid technique for supporting good mental health and well-being and managing fatigue and burnout fostering a holistic approach to student wellbeing and productivity. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A.
