From the Grid inventor
I became ill and burnt-out as the result of working too hard. When I did stop to look beyond the symptoms such as frustration, stress, sense of anger and constant tiredness, I realized that to create balance one had to start with creating balance in my life and how I approached it. This is how the idea for the Grid framework was born and the Grid tool developed.
This simple and powerful approach to life, work, career and self-care shows that with clarity, effective strategies, and a useful tool, anyone who decides that they want a healthy, productive and happy life can create one.

The Grid is a wonderful invention that is improving the lives of many people.
