It’s always such a pleasure for me as a facilitator to work with groups and this day took lots of preparation to launch it as a day retreat. I’m so glad we did!
The Grid Retreat is designed to help you spend a day exploring yourself and how you show up in
- life,
- at work,
- professionally,
- for yourself
through the Grid 4 quadrants lens.
But this is not enough!
Many of our lives are currently far from flowing…
We may be in overwhelm, striving or survival states or maybe we’re in denial or have pressed “pause”. Knowing where we are and how come helps us return to our true source of power: working with what is and facing things from an integrated place.
In reality, my work shows that most of us come scattered. We’re literally in pieces, each part of us off somewhere focused on this or that! Exploring our orientation and relationship with time helps us pin this down as well as reveal where we may sabotage our efforts in ways that erode motivation, self-esteem and progress.
The Grid Retreat Experience
We look at all of this during the Grid retreat day.
We also reconnect the whole nervous system to resourceful energy and an inspired state where true designing for results and wellbeing should start.
Participants loved the activities and we will be announcing further Grid Retreat and Grid training days. The Grid is easy and intuitive but like all methodologies, to miss a critical step here or there can result in less than the outcomes I know Grid can deliver.
If you would appreciate learning about the Grid method in a supportive environment and ensure you really understand it, the Grid training day will be the perfect step for you either as a follow up to the Grid Retreat or the initial step you take.
We can’t wait to welcome back returners and meet newcomers who want to explore themselves in this way. Grid Retreat date is a great personal development option to dip into a couple of times per year to start important self-work, register progress and renew motivation. Join our monthly newsletter to be the first to know about new dates and grab a generous Early Bird ticket.
In the meantime, why not get the Get Productive Grid book and head over to our free Grid resources page or connect with other Grid fans on our Facebook community. Whatever you do keep this quote in mind
Man surprises me most about humanity because he sacrifices health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.
