In 2015 I published the Grid™ basic method in my Get Productive Grid book. Grid™ changed my life. It can change yours too.
Before I developed the Grid™, work hijacked most of my energy leaving me drained, empty and out of balance. It took two burnouts to turn my scientist and researcher skills and solve this problem.
The question I set out to answer was whether one could deliver results in a way that supported well-being.
Integrating neuroscience, positive psychology with observations of everyday human behaviour, I found an answer. Get Productive Grid book shares the essentials of my Grid™ method to help more people develop healthier work-life balance.
