We have the first group of completers of our one-of-a-kind Grid Coach training creating the first pool of Grid Coaches. There is nothing like it and we’re super proud of them, our new Grid Coach community and the training that underpins it.
Our coaches gained important theoretical underpinnings to grasp the depth and breadth of what makes the Grid method so effective along with deeply experiential and highly creative ways of working that give Grid Coaches confidence to support their clients.
The 2023-24 cohort spans highly experienced master-level coaches, a leading coaching supervisor, and new coach trainees. Everyone has a specific niche(s) that matches their personality, experience, interests and preferred way to work (independent, corporate, executive and team).
They are now busy applying their newly gained skills in the field with clients which they will evidence via a learning reflection and/or case study to earn an official Grid Coach badge. To support skill practice and further learning, Grid Coaches are encouraged and offered annual CPD events that carry additional CCE units. If you’re hiring a Grid Coach check their certification by asking for a Grid Coach Badge.

Grid Coach Training completers gain
Grid coaching: universally applicable, powerful and highly relevant coaching approach to support how we want to live and lead in a complex world
What’s clear to us is that Grid coaching is needed across many arenas from the corporate and business space to personal and applicable to all generations. The Grid approach to leadership also makes a positive difference in the lives of our coaches! They were able to apply their learning in their lives as well as the lives of their clients. We are in the business of training practitioners who practice. And, we’re already starting to see coaches offering the Grid approach in their offerings, such as this one from Katie Conley – a leading career coach.
Here’s what Anouk van den Eijnde, another alumnus, had to say about the Grid training. Anouk has incorporated the Grid method into her corporate work-life balance training.
“The depth and breadth of this training was truly incredible. First and foremost, Magdalena taught us how to BE with our client, to attune and observe their state, their body language and meet them where they are. We learned a number of exercises to kick off the session and create a sense of trust and safety.
The Grid framework provides a useful lens to explore shadow work, safety, satisfaction, future direction and more. We did plenty of experiential pair and group work which very quickly built trust and connection between all participants (and kept us engaged!).
I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to deepen their coaching practice.”
Anouk van den Eijnde.
