Grid Balance Coach Training Pathway

For coaches and other professionals wanting to use the Grid approach in 1:1 setting, we offer a clear certificated progression pathway.

• Grid Balance Coach Introduction Certificate: half-day introduction course giving an overview of the Grid method and its coaching potential.
• Grid Balance Coach Launchpad Certificate: a two-day course dedicated to the foundational skills in the Grid coaching approach.
• Grid Balance Coach Development Certificate: a five-day course, which offers a comprehensive exploration of the Grid coaching method, its theoretical basis, and a wide range of coaching applications. This certification indicates a robust proficiency in using the Grid to foster personal and professional growth.
• Grid Balance Coach Badge: awarded to coaches who have completed the Grid Balance Coach Development Certificate and demonstrate ongoing engagement with the Grid method. Badge holders are required to participate in at least one Continuing Professional Development (CPD) event per year to maintain this status. The badge serves as a mark of excellence and commitment, distinguishing coaches who actively apply the Grid method in their practices and continuously seek to enhance their skills.
• Grid Balance Coach Mastery Certificate: the highest level of certification that requires ongoing participation in advanced training sessions, workshops, or additional CPD courses. • Grid Master Coach Badge: This prestigious badge is awarded to coaches who hold the Grid Balance Coach Mastery Certification and have demonstrated sustained excellence and leadership in applying the Grid method over time.
