Grid™ Clinic: Small Wins Motivate Big Achievements is dedicated to celebrating success and using it to fuel motivation. This is an interactive, 90-minute, small-group coaching session. We invite you to bring your questions and challenges related to our theme, and we’ll help you identify practical ways forward. Each Grid™ Clinic is tailored to the needs of the group, ensuring the session is highly relevant to those that attend.

We will use this Grid™ clinic to stop and help you acknowledge and celebrate the many ways you are progressing. Research shows that not all aspects of the goal achievement process are equally visible and, therefore, easy to count. But this can play havoc with our mindset inviting doubt, fueling anxiety and giving the inner critic more ammunition.
We will show you simple, easy-to-implement practices to give yourself credit, improve your self-image and give you confidence and fuel to keep going. You’ll leave our session feeling clear-headed and good about yourself, with 1-2 practical steps to advance.

What to expect at this Grid Clinic
How can we find motivation without having to push?
Unlike our other Grid™ clinics, this gathering is devoted to celebrating all we already do and connecting this with key strengths and power within. Paradoxically, it is this that we often miss when our motivation wanes.
The focus of this session
We will use the Grid framework to explore the richness of roles and successes we take for granted because we’re focused on solving yet another problem. We will use nifty tools to apply our strengths where they are needed, so we don’t have to work so hard to keep going. And, we will become detectives seeking to discover where fun and play hide in our lives and how we can reclaim them.
What we will cover
We will apply insights from research into motivation and goal-setting by testing 3 specific ideas to help us progress, building an action plan we can start using straight away, and create a victory poem/song. You will also get additional helpful resources, a PDF of the slides and process and accountability follow-up email.

Introducing your coach for Grid™ Clinic
Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier is a go-to coach and educator for people who are interested in improving. She combines neuroscience, psychology and trauma therapy with masterful education and coaching to support you to succeed on healthy terms.
