Grid™ Clinic: Managing the Energy Crisis is a 90-minute small-group coaching session where you will learn an actionable strategy to refill your energy tanks and keep them at an optimum level, so you have the energy you need to show up to life. Our clinics are interactive; we encourage you to ask questions and bring real-life challenges, so we can help you identify viable ways forward. Each Grid™ Clinic is tailored to the needs of the group, ensuring the session is highly relevant to you.

What to expect at the Grid™ Clinic
What drains our energy?
We’re all short on time, but there lies the problem. We’re often caught in a vicious cycle of busy keeping us from making important tweaks in our life. This is where our Grid™ Clinics come in. In 90 minutes, these small-group coaching sessions provide the space you need to focus on and plan the positive changes you need to make that will improve your life and increase your confidence.
The focus of this session
We will explore how to put a stop to the constant energy drain caused, for example, by the people in your life, negative self-beliefs and work (the lack of clear career path or being in the wrong job but feeling it’s not easy to change it). Frequent experiences of overwhelm, change how we think and what we believe is possible. They also erode that feel-good feeling on top-of-things factor. Our session will focus on how to make a positive difference in this situation one step at a time.
What we will cover
In addition to a very practical session where we turn the power of our Grid™ method on this challenge, you will leave with important know-how, insights, three practical ideas for what to do and an action plan to put these ideas to work for you. You will also get helpful resources, a PDF of the slides and process and accountability follow-up emails.

Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier is a go-to coach and educator for people who are interested in improving. She combines neuroscience, psychology and trauma therapy with masterful education and coaching to support you to succeed on healthy terms.
