Overcome self-doubt and step into a more confident you. Grid™ Clinic: Confidence Building Habits is a 90-minute small-group coaching session where you will learn an actionable strategy to grow your confidence through daily habits, so you can reach your potential and live life to the full. Our clinics are interactive; we encourage you to ask questions and bring real-life challenges, so we can help you identify viable ways forward. Each Grid™ Clinic is tailored to the needs of the group, ensuring the session is highly relevant to those that attend.

You know what you want and deserve, and yet you find it hard to go after it.
We will use our Grid™ framework to help you explore where you currently have the most confidence and where you need a bit more and show you how you can get it so that you can claim what you want and deserve.
You will leave the session with clarity, motivation, embodied exercises to practice and a plan to put your learning into action over the coming days and weeks.

What to expect at Grid™ Clinic
Why do we struggle with confidence?
There are many reasons why some of us seem to be less confident than others, and in reality, confidence is a spectrum. But research shows that we are all confident at something! The problem is that most of the time, our actions are driven by our core beliefs and automatic thoughts that can be directed by an inner critic.
We don’t need to understand all the inner workings of developmental neuroscience and psychology to actually improve. What we do need is to understand the basic circuit that drives self-limiting beliefs and how we can challenge them step-by-step to feel good and strong on the inside and outside.
The focus of our session.
In this very practical session, we will examine confidence using the Grid™ framework and hunt for vital clues about where it hides and how we can tap it.

You will leave with important know-how, insights, three practical ideas for how to raise your confidence and self-belief with practical, easy-to-do activities and an action plan to put these ideas to work for you. You will also get helpful resources, a PDF of the slides and process and accountability follow-up emails.

Introducing your coach for Grid™ Clinic
Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier is a go-to coach and educator for people who are interested in improving. She combines neuroscience, psychology and trauma therapy with masterful education and coaching to support you to succeed on healthy terms. And she is known for supporting and championing the proverbial underdog, the marginalized and those who struggle at the intersection of class, race and sexuality.
The Grid™ method
She developed the Grid™ method after seeing people burn out in pursuit of results at all costs, and made an important discovery that there is a better way to succeed! In time, she also discovered that the Grid™ framework lends itself to powerful therapy and healing of past wounds and can be used to help people recover confidence and pride.
