The Grid™ Ambassadors’ Online Circles are a useful opportunity to connect with and learn more about your fellow GAs, share your insights and get involved with our work and mission to take Grid™ out into the world.
Our regular agenda
- A Grid™-based guided check-in
- Small-group breakout discussions: a chance to meet socially in smaller groups of 2-3 to talk, share stories, and opportunities to collaborate…
- A CPD slot: either with a fellow Grid™ Ambassador or an invited guest
- Collective brainstorming work and group discussion about expanding our work with Grid™ and celebrating our successes

Using the Grid to Enhance your Strengths
Katie’s 30-minute talk will briefly introduce you to the Strengths Profile, including the key benefits, how she uses it with clients and the difference it can make to achieving goals and energy levels.
She will also explain how she integrates it with the Grid™, so that clients can use their Strengths to realise their goals.
Katie will end with a reflective activity using the Strengths Profile and Grid™ to help you identify how you can make the most of energy surfing.

Katie is an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator and Career Coach; Katie brings over 25 years’ experience supporting people in their careers. She is a Licensed Career Coach, a Registered Professional with the Career Development Institute, an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner and a Grid™ Ambassador.
