About Abi
Abi works as a solution-focused therapist, coach, trainer and supervisor. The majority of her work is for Green Tree Therapy with people in complex social situations referred through an employment support program; she also coaches on the Your Research Matters team (Bud Development) working with PhD students. Her winter resilience is underpinned by walking, wild swimming, meditative practice and copious fairy lights.
