I am delighted to present this workshop on Finding Balance in Connection together with Abi Boughton-Thomas. Abi is a fellow coach, therapist and our Grid Ambassador.
In this session, we will explore how to make wise choices that help to find balance through deeper connection. Whether that be a connection to our bodies, to our communities, or to nature.
Expect combination of short input, experiential work and learning.
Complex and demanding times constantly shift our routines and make the future unpredictable. In this environment, finding balance in connection is crucial and taking responsibility for balance and self-care is vital. Maintaining well-being and fitness to practice as professionals is also key to supporting clients.
Making wise choices that create balance requires connection – to our bodies, to our communities, to the natural world. In this interactive workshop, we will introduce the neuroscience of balance and invite you to explore your sense of balance in your life.
In this session, there will be an opportunity to share obstacles to creating balance and your effective balance practices. We will end with a tool to help ensure that your restorative balance practices stay firmly on your agenda providing healthy groundedness.
