The Grid Introduction Training Course has given me the ideal opportunity to find ways to create more balance in my life, giving me greater energy and focus. I’m a very visual person, so I love the fact that the Grid is split into 4 quadrants of personal life; self-care; work/studies/business; and career. When tasks are completed they’re highlighted in colour, giving me a real sense of progress.
Taking time to look at my values and reflect on ways I can incorporate these into my life has helped me feel more motivated and in control. Looking at things I’d like to achieve as projects rather than goals feels so much easier too. Creating a Grid that has everything laid out, makes it so much easier to progress with a clearer focus and less distraction. Coming away with a Yearly Grid that I can use to create a monthly grid and even a daily one, to help me free my mind and feel energised.
This is a course I’d hugely recommend to anyone looking to find more balance and joy in life.
