“Even though I always did kind of “To-do list” and was gratifying to tick them off, it never occurred to me to add to my To-Do list the “Self-care” and “Life” quadrants, especially self- care, which I realised is what I need the most in this country.
When we were doing the “support mechanisms” exercise I felt kind of stuck because here in this country I do not have the two main pillars of support for me, which are family and friends. All my closest friends are in Barcelona.”
