Here are some of the things you will learn in the course. How to:
- set clear goals that have meaning for you and are designed to support you in thriving,
- keep track of your entire life’s agenda, tailoring tasks to your energy and refueling as you go,

The course is built around Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier’s Grid™ method, which allows you to capture all that needs you on a single page. A brief summary of the core course modules
First, we help you create great conditions to learn by taking you through the key materials and getting you into the right mindset. We also help you establish your starting point (so you can compare it with the final results!).
Then, we cover the 7 Grid Principles and the neuroscience that makes the Grid method so effective. We also help you complete your first reflective exercise around what you and your nervous system need to truly thrive. Knowing this is key to effective goal-setting and staying motivated instead of faking it to make it.

The next module helps you create a healthy vision for the future. What differentiates our Grid vision however is that it’s an integrated vision of how your life, work, career, and self-care intersect. We then teach you how to set goals in a way that connects with your soul, making them meaningful and resonant. It also means that your mind and body don’t oppose you in action. Having the theory down, we then invite you to try out many of the aspects of the Grid™ method using Day and week grids so that you can see for yourself how easy it is to get things done and look after yourself as well. We are not fans of “dead on arrival” working and living. It’s a survival recipe and we’re interested in inspired living.
By the end of the fourth module, you will see how personal life, wellbeing, work, and career meet (both on the Grid™ and during your day) and how you can surf your energy to get things done and be far more effective! If you suffer from constant procrastination, we’ll help you see how to eliminate it.
And, because the secret ingredient to life is joy, we’ve added a module on how to refuel and advance your results without dulling your sparkle.

We conclude the Grid Introduction Training with a thorough comprehension check to ensure you got all you need before sending you off into the world. Q&A
No. The course is a personal development programme that uses the Grid method to overhaul your life or perform a good tune-up. This would be roughly equivalent to having at least six sessions with a professional coach. In the process, you’re also learning how to Grid. Pretty clever, we think!
You don’t! You will learn all you need on the course. However, some people completing the course said the Get Productive Grid book was a useful additional resource. The book summarizes the method and includes great exercises to diagnose your starting point. It offers fun ways to measure your 3-month progress; the Grid Introduction Training course does this too, but in a different and more in-depth way.
We recommend that you take the course on a desktop instead of iPad or mobile. Access to a printer is helpful when using our PDF worksheets if you like to write by hand. If you’re a fan of the digital, you can annotate the PDFs on your favorite device or make notes using your preferred method.
Once you gain access to the Grid™ Introduction Training, you will have 14 days to complete all the modules. The material is broken down into bite-size units, making progress easy while also ensuring that you keep up the momentum and get worthwhile results!
